PIKOBUYCN GUIDE

How to Build a PikoBuy Haul Without Losing Track of Costs

A concrete cost ledger for real catalog items, source checks, product payment and later international shipping.

Build the ledger before the basket

Choose a small shortlist from Recent Finds and give every candidate its own row. For example, a shoe record such as Nike Air Force 1 Low-Top Sneakers (7822989630) and a bag record such as Saint Laurent Niki Crossbody Bag (7819274113) should never share one source-link cell.

Reconcile two payment stages

PIKOBUY's official guide describes paying for the item first and choosing and paying for international shipping later. Do not hide the second stage inside an assumed “all-in” catalog price. Use the official shipping estimator for a planning range with stated inputs, then replace it with the live parcel quote.

Before parcel submission, inspect the actual warehouse photos and resolve open questions. If an item drops from the haul, update both the merchandise subtotal and the parcel estimate. Current fees and routes must always be checked on the official platform.

Review the list at each decision point

Before paying for items, revisit every source URL and selected variant. After items reach the warehouse, add a QC status per row: accepted, question pending or removed. Before submitting a parcel, replace provisional shipping inputs with the actual parcel information shown by the official platform. This keeps a saved list from becoming an unexamined order.

Keep prices in the currency and date shown by each live source or order screen; if you convert for your own budget, label the rate and date. Do not sum a catalog reference price and a guessed shipping amount as though they were a confirmed checkout total. The final row should point to the current order and parcel details.
